Materials
Aluminum, steel, stainless, brass, copper, Delrin/acetal, nylon, ABS, and other materials by review.
Files Accepted
RFQ files accepted: STEP, STP, IGES, IGS, STL, DXF, and PDF drawings. Include material, quantity, tolerance requirements, finish requirements, and due date when available.
Business Position
4+ years operating in DFW with job records, delivery history, and repeat-work focus. Available for overflow machining, repair parts, fixtures, prototypes, short runs, and repeat production support by review.
Buyer Notes
Inspection requirements, material certifications, documentation, delivery expectations, and controlled-file restrictions should be stated before quoting. Do not send ITAR/EAR-controlled files unless BetaManufacturing has confirmed in writing that the job can be accepted.
